About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure objectives are met, prioritizing projects and resources accordingly.
  • Manage some projects directly, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional Business Development, Engineering, Capex Procurement, Finance, and Commercial Teams, to ensure alignment of development strategies.
  • Lead and champion the development of required skills within plant engineering teams through technical and project managerial capabilities upgrade and coaching.
  • Own and lead the 'Innovation Initiative Pillar (IIM)' within the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) implementation, promoting cultural change and driving IL6S work processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources and stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to positively influence decision making.
  • Focus on cost-effective innovation in program delivery.
  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.

Travel Requirements

2-3 times per month to different plants within the DACH BU.

Mandatory Information in Austria

The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement NuG – Süßwarenindustrie für Angestellte. If you meet the mentioned requirements, the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time.
