Your Expectations
  • Collaborate with various teams to devise operational and strategic solutions for our clients.
  • Assist the Chief People Officer in sales initiatives and prepare presentation materials.
  • Contribute your ideas and lead your own sub-projects.
What You Should Bring
  • You are pursuing a degree in economics, international business, business psychology, or a related field, with excellent academic performance (Master's program is a plus).
  • You have acquired foundational experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
  • You possess strong PowerPoint skills and a good command of Excel.
  • You are an analytical thinker with clear and structured communication abilities.
  • You are eager to embrace challenges and are committed to both personal and professional growth.
  • You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and enjoy working in an international setting.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
