Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Germany.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors, using market research to tailor solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, as well as conduct contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Monitor market trends, provide regular sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Germany, including key players, trends, and regulations.
  • Business fluency in English and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions while working independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
