Ihre VerantwortungAls Test-Manager mit umfangreicher Projekterfahrung in der Geräteentwicklung übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Festlegung und Umsetzung der Teststrategie. Sie tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung der durchgängigen Qualität in den von Carl Zeiss entwickelten digitalen Lösungen und Anwendungen bei. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, den Testumfang, die Planung und die Schätzungen für Projekte zu definieren, Teststrategien und -konzepte zu erstellen sowie den Testentwurf, die Testfallerstellung, die Testautomatisierung und die Testausführung zu unterstützen. Zudem berichten Sie über den Fortschritt der Tests und den Qualitätsstatus.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:- Fokus auf die Testentwicklung und -unterstützung im Rahmen eines zentralen Datenmanagementsystems für den Gebäudebetrieb aus IT-Perspektive.
- Zusammenarbeit im Testmanagement-Team von Carl Zeiss zur Definition von Teststrategien und -methoden.
- Enger Austausch mit Projektmanagern zur Verantwortung für Testumfang, Kosten- und Aufwandsabschätzungen sowie Risikomanagement.
- Vermittlung zwischen der Entwicklungs- und Testgemeinschaft zur Implementierung von Testmanagement-Praktiken, die mit den Projektzielen übereinstimmen.
- Unterstützung des Projektmanagers bei der Planung von Aktivitäten wie Anforderungsanalyse, Aufwandsplanung und Festlegung von Zeitplänen und Lieferumfängen für neue Projekte.
- Verständnis der projektspezifischen Tests und Erarbeitung optimaler Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Testmanagement-Team.
- Mitwirkung am Ausbau des „Testmanagement as a Service“ für die Carl Zeiss Gruppe.
- Unterstützung des Testmanagement-Teams bei neuen Aspekten der Softwaretests, einschließlich Automatisierung und nicht-funktionalen Tests.
- Beitrag zum Aufbau und zur Weiterentwicklung physischer Testsysteme im Rahmen eines Labor-Setups für den Gebäudebetrieb.
- Abschluss in IT, Informationssystemen oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin.
- Umfassendes Wissen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Softwaretests.
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexer Software in aktiver Entwicklung, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Geräteentwicklung.
- Erfahrungen im Testmanagement, idealerweise in Software-Testprojekten.
- Kenntnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps-Teams und im Umgang mit CI/CD-Tools, insbesondere GitHub (Enterprise).
- Wünschenswert ist eine ISTQB-Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Teams sowie Reisebereitschaft.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
