**Job Summary**
As an IT-Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting our systems and clients from threats, ensuring uninterrupted IT operations through organizational measures and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the central point of contact for all security-related systems
- Monitor and assess incidents
- Ensure compliance with BSI standards
- Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Develop and implement emergency and Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies
- Create documentation and project plans
- Assist in testing phases
- Advise internal and external clients
- Configure and parameterize systems
**Requirements**
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in information security
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks
- Familiarity with security standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured and independent work style
