In your role, you will safeguard all our systems and areas, as well as those of our clients, against misuse, disclosure, and theft. You will ensure uninterrupted operation of IT systems and services through organizational measures and processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the central point of contact for all security-relevant systems within the organization
• Monitoring and assessing incidents and reports
• Ensuring compliance with current recommendations according to BSI standards
• Engaging in direct communication and consultation with the Group CIO
• Developing and implementing the emergency manual and a Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy
• Testing BCM strategies
• Independently creating concepts, documentation, and project plans
• Translating business-related questions into technology-oriented concepts
• Supporting testing phases and live launches both independently and as part of a team
• Advising our internal and external clients
• Partially configuring and parameterizing systems

Who are we looking for?

• You possess a completed higher education degree, preferably with an IT focus, or a completed training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained professional experience in the relevant field of information security
• You demonstrate a high affinity for IT and possess good knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure/network
• You exhibit strong methodological skills in the context of IT security
• You are familiar with security-relevant standards, such as BSI Basic Protection or ISO, and ideally have additional qualifications/certifications
• You present a confident and reliable demeanor in client interactions, along with a structured, meticulous, and independent working style
