Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at HEWI Heinrich Wilke GmbH. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik-Branche (SHK) and Baubeschlagswesen industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the SHK industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
