Job Responsibilities- Receive, qualify, and coordinate incident reports, including customer communication and inquiries in the 1st and 2nd level support
- Analyze and resolve incidents through remote access or on-site visits, install software, perform standard changes, and manage access in Active Directory
- Ensure the delivery of our agreed-upon on-site services at our customer's location in Berlin
- Attend customer conferences and events, ensuring the smooth operation of the corresponding technology
- Monitor and control tickets according to Service Level Agreements
- Manage end-user devices in a complex environment (notebooks, mobile devices, and more) within a Microsoft-driven digital workplace
- A completed vocational training in the IT sector or equivalent experience in the field
- Experience in IT on-site support/service desk or equivalent in 2nd or 3rd level support
- Good knowledge of common hardware and operating system support, particularly Windows 11 and iOS
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, File & Print, and software distribution SCCM / Intune, Tickettool Micro Focus Servicemanager
- Proficient in conference technology and a strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills
- High customer orientation and excellent German and solid English language skills
