KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Project Scheduler, you will serve as the primary contact for integrated timelines and will be accountable for their development during the Sales and Execution Phase, which encompasses:
- Formulating integrated timelines for international large-scale initiatives
- Comprehensive scheduling of the complete internal value chain (Engineering/Procurement/Construction)
- Oversight, management, and consolidation of associated schedules with greater detail
- Acting as the main contact and subject matter expert within the project team for all scheduling and control matters
- Maintaining and updating integrated timelines
- Tracking project advancement and assessing related forecasts
- Generating pertinent progress reports
- Evaluating timelines for discrepancies and analyzing critical paths within the project
- Identifying and assessing buffer times, critical trends, and various scenarios
- Engaging in communication as part of the core team with clients and key business partners
QUALIFICATIONS
You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or economics and possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operational scheduling for large-scale projects in plant construction. Additionally, we value:
- Proficient knowledge of Primavera and MS Project software
- Technical aptitude and the capability to quickly understand relevant technical subjects
- A structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style combined with a high degree of reliability and dedication
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong collaborative spirit, commitment, and communication abilities
