Personnel Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Administrator to join our team at Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Better serve and advise all employees within a defined area of responsibility
- Collaborate closely with the Works Council
- Manage employee applications
- Create and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, warnings, and other documents
- Independently track and monitor ongoing processes
- Maintain and update employee records in the Persis personnel management system
- Manage and maintain employee files
Requirements
- A completed commercial education
- First work experience in a comparable position in personnel management
- Good knowledge of labor and social security law
- Secure knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working
- A high level of responsibility, accuracy, and discretion
