Role Overview:

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success Managers, assisting them by providing essential information, generating reports, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, imaginative, and an effective communicator, possessing a blend of curiosity and enthusiasm along with a results-oriented mindset. You will support Planet's clients throughout their journey, from onboarding to renewals for our high-volume, low-touch accounts. Additionally, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing the quality of Planet's data by analyzing trends in data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Global Customer Success team with various customer-related tasks. Engage with end users to provide requested information. Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to address customer-related challenges. Support internal processes and prepare necessary documentation. Create usage reports for clients and monitor project developments. Familiarize yourself with Planet's products and their applications.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge or interest in remote sensing and/or GIS sectors. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. Proficient in written and spoken English. Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Office, or similar tools. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new software independently. Self-motivated, with strong initiative and excellent communication skills. Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GIS and image processing software. Familiarity with API and Python (pandas, NumPy), Google BigQuery. Background in data analysis. Experience in written communication with clients. Knowledge of database management tools. Familiarity with CRM software.
