Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Monitor and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the controlling department in analyzing sales figures and preparing reports
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the managing directors
- Prepare and present sales-related documents and presentations to the sales managers
- University degree or comparable apprenticeship
- Proven experience in sales or internal sales, preferably in a trading or logistics environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Independent and structured way of working
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of German or Spanish desirable
- Ambition and motivation to develop into a sales management role
