Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snack Seasonings Technologist to join our team at Kerry. As a key member of our Savory Snacks and Dry Culinary RDA team, you will be responsible for developing innovative snack seasonings that meet consumer taste preferences and nutritional targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cost-competitive snack seasonings utilizing top note and flavor knowledge to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Build strong customer relationships, deliver customer-centric solutions, and manage customer opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and customer requirements, and translate this knowledge into breakthrough strategies.
  • Collaborate with Flavour Technology and Culinary Foundations to develop new flavor solutions.
  • Lead NPD projects to scale up in factory, ensuring efficient manufacturing of developed seasonings.
  • Understand and leverage Kerry Technologies to develop innovative snack seasonings.
  • Work independently on projects, liaising with Account Managers, managing customer expectations, and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Drive commercial awareness to ensure development of cost-effective formulas providing value to customers.
Requirements
  • BSc in Food Science or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the snack industry.
  • Experience in top note development for savory applications.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in evaluating ingredients in food applications.
  • Strong innovation skills to develop novel solutions and create competitive advantage for Kerry.
