About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Mazars GmbH & Co. KG. As an Acceptance Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our client mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough queries related to Independence, Conflict Checks, and Know Your Customer (KYC) for potential client mandates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document and maintain data integrity in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform final reviews and approvals of opportunities for our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and quality control.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues with inquiries, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as audit, quality management, or a related field, with experience in audit or quality and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and KYC processes, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in German and English.
