AUTOMOTIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (M/F/D) FOR RADAR TECHNOLOGIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Automotive Software Developer (m/f/d), you will engage in the design, modeling, and implementation of software components tailored for radar-based perception systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting algorithms, including those utilizing artificial intelligence, to accurately detect and process vehicle data derived from radar inputs.
- Collaborating with the development team to define system specifications and software requirements.
- Creating simulation tools to evaluate algorithms in real-time scenarios.
- Conducting thorough evaluations and testing of software components through unit tests and practical applications.
- Documenting software processes in accordance with industry standards.
- Presenting and discussing findings with internal teams and clients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development for real-time applications.
- Proficiency in statistical signal processing and algorithms for modeling dynamic environments; familiarity with machine learning concepts is advantageous.
- Experience in simulating vehicle dynamics.
- Knowledge of automotive software engineering standards, quality assurance, and design principles.
- Understanding of automotive communication protocols, such as CAN, along with experience in development tools and programming languages like Matlab, Python, and C/C++.
- Experience or knowledge in developing software related to functional safety is a plus.
