About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at August Rüggeberg GmbH. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, workstations, applications, and production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, applications, and production systems
  • Prioritization and processing of service requests and error reports in a team environment
  • Point of contact for new requirements and the integration of external services into production
  • Support during the commissioning of production systems and third-party systems
  • Participation in projects and requirements

Requirements:

  • Completed technical education (e.g., IT system electronics, system integration, etc.) or graduate of a business informatics or computer science program
  • Professional experience in system administration and complex IT systems (first- and second-level support)
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows (especially client and server)
  • Strong service orientation and hands-on mentality
  • Independent, result-oriented thinking and working style, as well as team skills
