About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at August Rüggeberg GmbH. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, workstations, applications, and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of servers, workstations, and applications
• Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaboration with the team to prioritize and resolve service requests and incident reports
• Acting as a point of contact for new requirements and integrating external services into our production environment
• Supporting the commissioning of manufacturing systems and third-party systems
• Participating in projects and initiatives to improve our IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Completed technical education (e.g., IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science
• Experience in system administration and complex IT systems (First-, Second-Level-Support)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client and server)
• Excellent service orientation and hands-on mentality
• Independent, result-oriented thinking and working style, as well as teamwork skills
