We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Maintenance Manager to join our team at Kietzmann Consulting. As a key member of our aviation maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair for our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze maintenance faults and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to achieve operational excellence.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Certifications: EASA Part-66 licence category B1.3 and C, with a valid type rating for at least one of the following aircraft: AW109/169/139, BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Language: Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
