Position OverviewAs a member of our team at ARCHE IntensivKinder, you will engage with a diverse group of up to 20 children and infants who depend on intensive care and ventilation. Our environment is both supportive and professional, allowing you to thrive in your role. You will have the chance to work across three state-of-the-art intensive care units, each designed to provide comprehensive pediatric care and ventilation assistance. Our unique approach integrates medical, therapeutic, and educational support, making us a leading center in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to children requiring intensive medical support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Support families in understanding and participating in their child's care.
- Completion of training as a pediatric or nursing care professional, or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to interact respectfully and compassionately with patients and families.
- Demonstrated proactive and responsible approach to care.
- Empathy and understanding towards children with special needs.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Comprehensive training program lasting at least four weeks.
