Aufgaben
  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden sowie erste Akquisitionen von Neukunden
  • Präsentation unserer BIC Produkte bei Interessenten sowie Kunden vor Ort oder online
  • Entwicklung neuer Absatzkanäle in Zusammenarbeit mit den Head of Sales BPM DACH
  • Übernahme von diversen Aufgaben im Rahmen der weiteren Internationalisierung
  • Unterstützung der Head of Sales BPM DACH im Bereich Customer Success Management
Profil
  • Persönliche Leidenschaft für B2B-Vertrieb
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften / BWL, Sales Management oder Vergleichbares
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem Software-Unternehmen
  • Proaktive, dynamische Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten und starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Schnelles Einstellen auf neue Situationen & flexibler Umgang mit geänderten Anforderungen
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit MS Dynamics CRM
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse (min. B2 Niveau)
