Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Zara Home team in Berlin - Mall of Berlin. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans, ensuring a compelling and engaging store environment.
- Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and expenses, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
