The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Lead and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Manage visual merchandising and store operations
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Support events and activations in-store
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of retail experience in a fashion or sportswear environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong merchandising skills and experience
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively
