About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Dräger, a leading global provider of medical and safety technology. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our communication systems portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to meet customer and market needs, focusing on functionality, quality, and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage product roadmaps, product life cycles, and product portfolio optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead product training and education initiatives to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, or a related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving product success, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
