Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our European team, covering French and Benelux HR operations. The successful candidate will be based in our Central Paris office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals within a defined client group.
  • Provide HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Liaise with HR teams, global and local HR Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to operationalize best practices within the region.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR queries, including employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance and develop skills.
  • Coach leaders through the annual performance review process, lead calibration sessions across countries.
  • Guide, coach, and support managers through the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Conduct salary reviews and provide recommendations based on market data and internal equity.
  • Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations in each European country.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and improve internal procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Oversee and deliver the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
  • Identify needs and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and career development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, including advising and supporting managers through ER issues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to evolving situations at pace, re-evaluating plans or decisions as they develop.
  • Experience in working in a pan-European function, supporting functions both within DACH and Poland.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
