Global Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global quality management efforts as Head of Customer Quality. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated management systems, auditing processes, and ensuring conformity with various management standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global quality management systems, ensuring consistency across regions and countries.
- Ensure regions achieve and maintain necessary certifications, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Establish uniform and clear quality management structures that meet international standards.
- Conduct internal audits, address quality issues, and track corrective measures.
- Audit supplier quality management systems and initiate necessary adjustments.
- Organize global training sessions on quality management topics and provide quality management expertise.
- Support the final review of quality assurance agreements and negotiate customer-specific solutions.
- Report market surveillance findings to the PSCR core team and promote product safety awareness.
- Develop a global Customer Quality Engineers network, including sharing experiences and lessons learned.
- Monitor the market for safety-related products.
- Technical-scientific professional graduation or university degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the chemicals industry.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
- Certified auditor according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Certified auditor according to SHE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and comprehensive understanding of quality management tools and regulations.
- Experience with international communication, project management, or moderating international working teams/project groups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to translate complex internal information into customer-relevant communication.
