Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead Prozesstechnik für unsere Lackiererei in Bruchsal.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Führen eines Teams von gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Prozesstechnik der Lackiererei im Werk Bruchsal.
  • Betreuung und Optimierung der Beschichtungsprozesse von Kabinenrahmen und Blechteilen.
  • Sicherstellen des Produktionsprogramms und Optimierung der verfahrenstechnischen Abläufe in Bezug auf Qualität, Quantität, Termin und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten (Lack, Chemikalien und Behörden sowie internen Partnern Stakeholdern).
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung aktueller technologischer Entwicklungen sowie Produktionsumstellungen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Sicherheits-, Umweltschutz- und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Lackiererei auf dem Gebiet der "Digitalen Transformation".
Voraussetzungen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) der Fachrichtung Lacktechnik bzw. Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Materialwissenschaften, mit dem Schwerpunkt Lacke und Beschichtungen, oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung.
  • Alternativ: eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Lacktechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsbereich.
  • Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse, Umgang mit IT-Systemen (SAP) und idealerweise hohes Interesse am Thema "Digitalisierung".
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Grundsätzliche Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Wochenendeinsätze (Versuche, geplante Wartungsarbeiten).
  • Interesse Neues zu erlernen und Wille zur ständigen Verbesserung sowie Überzeugungskraft und Kommunikationsstärke.
