Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing training programs
• Providing guidance and support to nursing trainees
• Staying updated on advancements in elderly care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing certification with a minimum of one year of professional experience
• Completion of 300 hours of pedagogical training
• Proficient in computer applications
• Annual participation in pedagogical training
• Official certification as a Nursing Instructor
• Demonstrated reliability, openness, and adaptability
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
