Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing training programs
• Guiding and mentoring nursing trainees
• Staying updated on advancements in elderly care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new personnel

Qualifications:

• Certified nursing qualification with a minimum of one year of practical experience
• Completion of 300 hours of pedagogical training
• Proficient in computer applications
• Annual participation in pedagogical training
• Recognized certification as a Nursing Instructor
• Dependability, openness, and adaptability
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
