Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Assistant to support our Human Resources team in Germany and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting monthly payroll processing for Germany and Europe
  • Assisting with benefits administration and documentation
  • Collaborating with external service providers for payroll processing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed commercial training or qualifications in payroll
  • Familiarity with tax and social security laws
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Independent and systematic work approach
  • Strong team player with a passion for working with people
