We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Full-Stack Engineer to become a vital part of our agile team. You should be comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting to rapidly changing priorities, which are common in early-stage startups. As a foundational member, you will have the unique opportunity to influence our technology, culture, and the future of marketing tools.
Responsibilities- Bring your own self. Take the lead in developing our full-stack applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Contribute to direction and execution. Work closely with product and design teams to bring innovative solutions to life, while testing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing them over time.
- Deliver the tech chops. Make technical decisions and ensure the performance and reliability of our platform.
- Help a nimble team thrive. Actively share ideas and foster a culture of learning and growth.
What we are looking for
- A tech enthusiast with a strong background in full-stack development and a kind-hearted approach.
- Proven experience with technologies such as Remix Run, Prisma, Drizzle, and ideally AI applications (OpenAI, LangChain).
- An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced startup environment, and comfortable with quick decision-making and occasional uncertainty.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
What makes it a good fit
- There is much to build and experiment with, which may lead to both successes and failures. Expect to be hands-on and occasionally pivot on features.
- Experience with Remix Run, Typescript, Drizzle, and ideally AI applications and libraries (OpenAI, LangChain) is beneficial.
- You are excited about making collaborative decisions regarding the future of the product and company.
- You thrive in the dynamic environment of an early-stage startup and enjoy exploring new ideas, even if they push you out of your comfort zone.
What doesn't make for a good fit
- You prefer to manage a team from the outset. Given our current plans and product stage, significant team growth is unlikely in the near future.
- You seek compensation packages typical of established tech companies. While we are developing our benefits, we will discuss this in the context of our cultural vision.
- You expect a traditional team structure with defined roles. Currently, our focus is on testing opportunities and iterating on ideas.
We are a remote-first company, with a base in Europe (GMT ±1 hour).
