About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at syncreon America Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient receipt and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse management or logistics role, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong commitment to customer service.
