As a Consultant for Centralized Outsourcing Management, your role will focus on the strategic management of outsourcing activities, particularly in IT services, Portfolio Management, and Property Management. You will lead the enhancement of outsourcing protocols and ensure adherence to compliance as part of the 2nd Line of Defense.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining existing procedures for Centralized Outsourcing Management
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • Assisting with both internal and external audit processes
  • Providing guidance and support to various departments in the execution of outsourcing projects
  • Reviewing risk assessments and related documentation for outsourcing initiatives
  • Taking ownership of project outcomes (DORA)
  • Preparing data and analyses for comprehensive reporting

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A completed banking education and/or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the specified area, ideally within a financial institution
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks for financial entities, including KAGB, KAMaRisk, WpIG, MaRisk, KAIT, BAIT
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in Power BI considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, along with a solid business acumen
  • Exceptional customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness, curiosity, and openness to innovative ideas
