About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our SAP team at BCG Platinion. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation and adoption by clients.
  • Design and develop customized SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients, leveraging your expertise in finance, controlling, procurement, logistics, sales, and human resources.
  • Apply industry best practices to evaluate, specify, and implement client requirements, focusing on reducing one-time and maintenance efforts.
  • Provide technical leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects across various domains.
  • Manage client requirements and lead workshops with business process owners to define functional specifications.
  • Oversee the customization of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including prototyping and testing.
  • Contribute to the sales process by providing expert advice on ERP/SAP projects.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in SAP-related topics, particularly S/4HANA, through participation in conferences, training, and writing articles.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategic SAP/ERP projects.
  • Expertise in typical end-to-end processes in the ERP context, such as purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, lead-to-quote, record-to-report, and hire-to-retire, and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with specific SAP industry solutions (e.g., IS-U, IS-H, IS-M), SAP add-on solutions (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), and analytical SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom).
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as intellectual flexibility.
  • Ability to align individuals and organizations towards a common goal.
