Job Title: Human Resources Director DACH

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a leading dermo-cosmetic player, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the strategic people development of our subsidiary in the DACH region.

About the Role:

As a key member of the HR Leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing organizations, supporting change management plans, and continuously engaging with employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Regulatory functions to drive business objectives
  • Implement the Group HR roadmap and policies within the country, adapting them as necessary
  • Provide HR support and advice to Leadership teams, managers, and employees
  • Manage labor relationships, maintain a social constructive climate, and support managers on psychosocial risks
  • Lead and supervise the local HR team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of global HR experience, preferably in the Pharma/Dermo-Cosmetics industry
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite and HRIS (ADP, Workday)
  • Fluent English, French is a plus
