Job Title: Human Resources Director DACH

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a leading dermo-cosmetic player, seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the strategic people development of our subsidiary in the DACH region.

About the Role:

As a key member of the HR Leadership team, you will partner with Finance, Operations, and Regulatory functions to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the local HR team and manage labor relationships
  • Manage the budget and control associated costs
  • Analyze and manage HR performance indicators
  • Support the professional development of employees
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of global HR experience
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Fluent English and French language skills
