What You'll Do
  • Work with large and complex datasets to gain in-depth insights and experience in our day-to-day business
  • Explore the many facets of life and health reinsurance, including processes, our worldwide network, and reinsurance concepts and solutions
  • Participate in various specialist units, including direct customer contact and supporting service teams, covering data analyses, pricing, and quotations
  • Gain international experience through several months spent abroad at one of our international locations
  • Attend special trainee events and build a Group-wide network
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in mathematics, physics, data science, economics, or a comparable field of study
  • Knowledge of a higher programming language, such as R, Julia, or Python, is an asset
  • Initial familiarity with various data science methods
  • Initial experience gained through internships or student work experience is welcome
  • International experience, such as a semester spent abroad, language study trips, or Work & Travel programs, is desirable
  • Proficient user skills in English, independent user skills in German, or the willingness to learn this language
