Job Description

At Amazon Europe Core, we're on a mission to deliver scalable and sustainable associate hiring solutions. Our vision is to enable Amazon operations to operate with unconstrained capacity to deliver for customers.

We're looking for a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within Workforce Staffing (WFS), enabling support of Amazon's first, middle and last mile Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives
  • Deliver and execute change strategies to support change adoption
  • Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones
  • Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences
  • Partner successfully with both EU and WW program stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate down-stream problems
  • Understand inter dependencies of programs
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
