About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Customer Advisor:in (w/m/d) to join our team at Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Work closely with our product specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions to our business clients, including loans, deposits, and other financial products.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services to our business clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to our business clients.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
