Position: Internal Control Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
Role Overview
- Designing, executing, and maintaining robust internal control frameworks and protocols for procurement and sales to ensure adherence to legal standards, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
- Performing regular risk evaluations and analyses to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities and propose suitable control strategies.
- Drafting and revising policies, procedures, and documentation concerning internal risks.
- Educating and assisting staff in adhering to internal control protocols and best practices.
- Collaborating with diverse departments and teams to guarantee the effective application of internal controls.
- Conducting assessments and reviews to measure the efficiency of internal controls and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Providing management with updates on the status of internal controls, potential risks, and suggestions for risk reduction.
- Overseeing and mitigating financial risks associated with trade credit insurance.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics, auditing, or a related field.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control frameworks.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (approximately 20% of the time).
- Strong analytical abilities to identify risks and formulate control measures.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively.
