Funding Management Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Oversight

  • Ensure effective utilization of investment and funding resources
  • Monitor budgets and control expenditures
  • Approve and process investments while continuously analyzing investment progress
  • Finalize investment projects

- Funding Coordination

  • Assess and coordinate appropriate funding programs and manage application submissions
  • Review application materials and liaise with internal or external project partners and funding bodies
  • Manage funding projects throughout the funding lifecycle (including adherence to funding conditions, communication with funders, preparation of payment requests, financial forecasting, invoice verification)
  • Conclude funding projects with necessary documentation and compliance with allocation deadlines

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (BA, technical college, or university), or substantial relevant experience

  • Strong business acumen
  • Familiarity with technical and operational processes and the ability to assess technical specifications of equipment
  • High self-motivation and eagerness to learn about new subjects
  • Experience with funding regulations at European, federal, and state levels is preferred
