Project Manager for Investment and Funding

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG. As a Project Manager for Investment and Funding, you will be responsible for the strategic management of investments and public funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Control: Monitor and optimize the use of investments and public funding to achieve maximum returns.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation and expenditure to ensure effective use of resources.
- Investment Approval and Management: Approve and manage investments, including continuous analysis of project progress.
- Investment Closure: Ensure the successful closure of investments.
- Funding Management: Identify and coordinate suitable funding programs and submit applications.
- Funding Coordination: Review and coordinate funding applications and agreements with internal and external project partners and funding agencies.
- Funding Administration: Manage funding projects during the funding period, including compliance with funding conditions, reporting to funding agencies, and preparation of payment requests.
- Funding Closure: Ensure the successful closure of funding projects, including the preparation of final reports and compliance with funding conditions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of technical and technological business processes and ability to evaluate technical parameters.
- High level of motivation and enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new situations.
- Desirable: Experience with public funding regulations at the European, federal, and state levels.
