About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at DEPT. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and industry landscape.
- Translate insights derived from data into a clear story to convince the client.
- Develop innovative and data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Leverage a deep understanding of marketing, technology, and innovation to create comprehensive plans that drive measurable results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution of campaigns and projects.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a digital planner, communications or media strategist.
- Possess deep knowledge of the technical as well as creative capabilities of the most popular digital marketers/networks (Search, Social, Display, Mobile, DOOH, etc).
- Independently conducts consumer research, develops data-based target group insights and derives holistic communication strategies, campaign plans, channel and media recommendations from these insights.
- Can explain complex data and information in an easy and understandable manner to clients.
- Are a networker and because of this you are able to bring together our different disciplines and specialists;
- Have a high sense of responsibility and enjoy working independently.
- Approach new tasks proactively and pragmatically.
- Communicate confidently in German and English.
