About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team at Eurex Frankfurt AG. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing department in the development of marketing measures and website management via a content management system.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system using SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Support the marketing team with various tasks such as campaign planning, execution, and reporting, creating landing pages and other pages within the intranet
  • Conduct market research to support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM and marketing activities
  • Support the team by setting up and managing email marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud
  • Assist with website management and editorial support for the Eurex websites via a content management system
  • Participate in processes and work on various projects and independent research tasks in the area of marketing
  • Support the team with trade fair and event organization and prepare reports and marketing analyses
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university with a focus in informatics, economics, business studies, or other relevant fields
  • Completed at least 2 semesters of study
  • Interest in the field of Analytics and Customer Engagement through E-Mail-Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent way of working
  • Cooperative nature and ability to quickly integrate into the team
  • Organized and curious with a strong desire to learn
  • Fluent in German and English
