Your Role in Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Trading & Clearing Marketing team at Eurex Frankfurt AG. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our brands, including Cash Markets, Börse Frankfurt, and Eurex.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system using SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  3. Support the marketing team with various tasks such as campaign planning, execution, and reporting, creating landing pages and other pages within the intranet.
  4. Conduct market research to support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM and marketing activities.
  6. Support the team by setting up and managing email marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud.
  7. Assist with website management and editorial support for the Eurex websites via a content management system.
  8. Participate in processes and work on various projects and independent research tasks in the area of marketing.
  9. Support the team with trade fair and event organization and prepare reports and marketing analyses.
Your Profile
  1. You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university and have completed at least 2 semesters (study focus in the field of informatics, economics, business studies, or other relevant fields).
  2. You have already gained first practical experience in the context of Customer-Relationship Management and marketing, preferably in the banking B2B context.
  3. You are interested in the field of Analytics and Customer Engagement through E-Mail-Marketing.
  4. You have strong analytical skills and an independent way of working. Thanks to your cooperative nature, you quickly integrate into the team.
  5. You are organized and have curiosity that helps you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  6. You have very good knowledge in Excel.
  7. You are fluent in German and English.
