Role Expectations:
  • Consulting with international clients in the upper middle market
  • Evaluating and enhancing business processes with a focus on Oracle solutions utilizing Horus business process tools and established best practice models
  • Supporting the deployment and configuration of Oracle standard applications
  • Designing and detailing HCM processes
  • Facilitating training sessions and workshops for end-users
  • Opportunities for international project work (typically up to 60% travel)
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration/HR Management with a focus on IT, or relevant practical experience
  • 1-2 years of experience through internships or student roles, ideally in process and personnel management
  • Fundamental understanding of Oracle Applications or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a passion for resolving complex business challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
