About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic VP of Operations and Supply Chain to lead our organization's operational and supply chain functions. This senior executive will be responsible for driving strategic leadership, overseeing operations management, managing global supply chains, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with the company's overall strategic goals.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and supply chain team.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders to drive organizational success and operational efficiency.
  • Operations Management
    • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
    • Ensure high standards of quality and compliance across all operational activities.
    • Leverage technology and innovation to improve operational capabilities and competitiveness.
    • Oversee the technical ramp-up of new products, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations and supply chain processes.
  • Global Supply Chain Management
    • Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
    • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure business continuity and resilience.
  • Profitability Management
    • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions that enhance profitability and operational performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations and supply chain management.
    • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Global Experience
    • Proven experience managing global supply chain operations and working with international teams and suppliers.
    • Footprint in manufacturing and distribution across Asia, Europa, and America.

    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
    • Track record of driving organizational change and performance.
  • Strategic Mindset
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
