About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at EGYM GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Salesforce instance to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop our Salesforce instance to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Support the Global Process Owners in streamlining and standardizing the Lead2Offer and Offer2Cash processes in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with internal Salesforce key users and external project partners to ensure seamless integration
  • Work with SAP and integration experts to orchestrate our IT ecosystem
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to users
  • Communicate internal Salesforce system updates to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in data modeling and basic knowledge in Custom Development
  • Experience in deployment and project management
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of automation tools and their application in complex orgs
