About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at EGYM GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Salesforce instance, ensuring it is efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop our Salesforce instance, ensuring it is efficient and effective
  • Support the Global Process Owners in streamlining and standardizing the Lead2Offer and Offer2Cash processes in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with internal Salesforce key users and external project partners
  • Work with SAP and integration experts to ensure our IT ecosystem is congruent and aligned
  • Provide user support, documentation, and comprehensive training
  • Communicate internal Salesforce system updates to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in data modeling and basic knowledge of Custom Development
  • Experience in deployment, project management, and automation tools (Flows)
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
