Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture a team of six IT infrastructure professionals.
- Provide support and guidance to the IT Manager.
- Establish architecture and standards for servers, storage solutions, operating systems, LAN, WAN, and virtualization technologies.
- Guarantee the performance and reliability of all infrastructure components.
- Plan, execute, and optimize IT infrastructure projects (including servers, storage, networking, and data centers).
- Collaborate with the IT security officer to develop IT concepts focused on data protection, emergency protocols, and overall IT security.
- Manage Windows 2019 servers, including Remote Desktop Services, Exchange 2016, Active Directory, and MSSQL databases.
- Enhance existing services and technologies related to infrastructure, virtualization, terminal servers, and IT security.
- Lead IT projects across various locations.
- Analyze clinical workflows and tailor standard software to align with internal needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Remote Desktop Services, Virtualization, Exchange, Active Directory).
- Strong understanding of networking principles (protocols, configuration, security, firewalls, switches).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
