Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture a team of six IT infrastructure professionals.
- Assist and provide guidance to the IT Manager.
- Establish architecture and standards for server systems, storage solutions, operating systems, LAN, WAN, and virtualization technologies.
- Guarantee the performance and reliability of infrastructure components.
- Plan, execute, and enhance IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and data centers.
- Collaborate with the IT security officer on IT concepts emphasizing data protection, emergency protocols, and cybersecurity.
- Administer Windows 2019 servers, including Remote Desktop Services, Exchange 2016, Active Directory, and MSSQL.
- Refine existing services and technologies related to infrastructure, virtualization, terminal servers, and IT security.
- Lead IT projects across various locations.
- Evaluate clinical workflows and tailor standard software to fulfill internal needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Remote Desktop Services, Virtualization, Exchange, Active Directory).
- Strong understanding of networking principles (protocols, configuration, security, firewalls, switches).
- Proven leadership skills and a collaborative team player.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-focused mindset.
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duty.
